Mandarin-Speaking Commercial Litigation Associate

A highly regarded law firm is seeking Mandarin-speaking litigation associates to join its commercial litigation practice across multiple offices in New York, Washington, DC, and California.

This is a substantive role for associates looking to manage sophisticated commercial matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while exercising sound judgment and close attention to detail.

Candidates must be admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction in which they intend to practice.

• Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
• At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and deliver consistently high-quality work
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the intended jurisdiction
