We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking litigation associate to join a market-leading commercial litigation practice with flexibility across multiple U.S. offices. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial disputes within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The successful candidate will manage multiple complex matters simultaneously, conduct rigorous legal research and analysis, and produce consistently high-quality written work product. This is a hands-on position suited to a self-starter with strong judgment and exceptional attention to detail.

Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction of intended practice
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
