Associate — Medical Malpractice (Dallas)

A growing healthcare litigation team is seeking a medical malpractice associate to join its Dallas office. The role focuses on defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings across a range of specialties.

The team handles complex medical malpractice and professional liability matters for hospitals, physicians and other providers. The role offers hands-on litigation experience drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions in a fast-paced practice.

• Admission to practice in Texas
• 2–7 years of experience in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation
• Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice matters preferred
• Strong drafting, motion practice, deposition and litigation skills; able to manage multiple matters
• Self-starter who works independently and collaboratively
