Growing corporate team seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join the Boise office and work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, strategic partnerships, cross-border deals, and private equity and venture investments.

The role offers substantive deal work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and exposure to both buy- and sell-side matters as well as fund-related and transaction-adjacent matters. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
3–5 years of law firm experience in M&A, private company transactions, and/or private equity/venture investments
Idaho bar admission or ability to obtain Idaho admission
Strong drafting, communication, and client-facing skills
Top academic credentials and demonstrated transaction experience
