Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — New York

A well-established Am Law firm is seeking experienced M&A attorneys to join its corporate practice in New York. The team advises sophisticated clients on a wide range of merger, acquisition and private equity matters.

Associates in this role take meaningful responsibility for deal execution, working directly with clients and playing a central part in managing transactions from start to finish.

• 3–7 years of M&A experience at a reputable law firm
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents
• Experience managing deal process and client relationships
• Ability to supervise junior associates and handle day-to-day workflow demands
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
