Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

Growing US corporate practice is seeking a mid-level M&A attorney for transactions across corporate and private company work. You will lead deal process, draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary agreements, manage client relationships, and supervise junior associates on complex matters.
