An established corporate practice is seeking associates with three to seven years of experience to join its mergers and acquisitions team. The group advises clients with sophisticated needs across a broad range of transactional matters.

The role offers significant responsibility, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing the deal process, and handling day-to-day workflow across multiple M&A matters. The attorney will work closely with clients, taking an active role in client relationships, and will supervise and mentor junior associates.

Three to seven years of mergers and acquisitions experience
