Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

Growing corporate practice seeking a mid-level M&A attorney to join a national US platform. The role focuses on buy- and sell-side transactions and other corporate deals for sophisticated commercial clients.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing deal process and timelines, advising on commercial and structural issues, and working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams. The position includes supervision of junior associates and active participation in client pitch and execution workstreams.

• 3-7 years post-qualification experience in M&A/transactional work
