Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

National law firm is seeking a mid-level M&A associate to join its corporate practice. The role involves leading and executing buy- and sell-side transactions, drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, and supervising junior associates on complex matters.

The team handles sophisticated corporate transactions for a diverse client base. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, generous parental leave and fertility benefits, and an expected annual pay range of $260,000 - $420,000 (final offer depends on location and experience).

• 3-7 years of post-qualification M&A transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on definitive and ancillary documents
• Experience managing deal processes and client relationships
