Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney

We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join a sophisticated corporate practice. The role is open across multiple offices in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.

• 3–7 years of M&A experience
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
• Experience managing deal process and client relationships
• Ability to supervise junior associates
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
