Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

Top-tier US law firm has multiple openings for M&A attorneys across its U.S. offices. The role focuses on handling a broad range of domestic transactional matters for corporate clients, working on definitive and ancillary documents and supporting complex deal processes.

Attorneys will manage aspects of transactions, coordinate with deal teams, supervise more junior lawyers, and maintain strong client relationships. The firm offers comprehensive benefits, generous parental leave and standard firm-paid insurances.

The expected annual pay range for this role is $260,000 - $420,000, with final offers dependent on location and experience.

• 3–7 years of post-qualification transactional/M&A experience
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills for definitive and ancillary transaction documents
• Experience managing deal processes, supervising junior associates, and interfacing with clients
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
