Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

National law firm is seeking M&A attorneys with 3–7 years' experience to join its corporate practice. The role focuses on buy- and sell-side transactions for sophisticated corporate clients across the United States and involves drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements, managing deal processes, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Successful candidates will supervise junior associates, handle high-volume transaction workflows, and work on a variety of M&A matters. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and an expected annual pay range of $260,000–$420,000 (final offer dependent on location and experience).

• 3–7 years of M&A transaction experience (PQE)
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements
• Track record managing deal process and client relationships
• Experience supervising junior associates and handling high-volume workflows
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
