We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level mergers and acquisitions attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join a dynamic corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have strong M&A skills, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow on a variety of M&A matters for clients with sophisticated needs.

The role offers a high level of responsibility and direct client interaction in a collaborative environment. Candidates must demonstrate high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
