Growing corporate team is seeking a midlevel M&A attorney to work on a broad range of transactional matters for sophisticated clients. The role involves drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements, managing deal processes, coordinating with clients and other deal participants, and supervising junior associates on day-to-day transaction work.

• 3–7 years of transactional/M&A experience
