An established corporate practice is seeking an experienced mergers and acquisitions attorney to join its M&A team in San Francisco. The role involves handling a broad range of transactions for sophisticated clients, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents, manage the deal process and client relationships, and oversee day-to-day workflow across a variety of M&A matters. There will also be opportunities to supervise and mentor junior associates.

3–7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
Strong M&A skills, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
Experience managing deal processes and client relationships
Ability to supervise junior associates and manage workflow on multiple matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
