A leading US law firm is seeking experienced mergers and acquisitions attorneys to join its corporate practice in New York. The role offers the opportunity to advise clients with sophisticated needs on a broad range of M&A transactions.

Working closely with partners and a collegial deal team, the successful candidate will take substantial ownership of transaction execution — from drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents to managing deal processes and client relationships directly.

This is a hands-on position with meaningful responsibility for supervising junior associates and overseeing the day-to-day workflow demands across multiple active matters.

3–7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for definitive and ancillary deal documents
Experience managing deal processes and client relationships
Ability to supervise and mentor junior associates
Comfort handling day-to-day demands and workflow across varied M&A matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
