Apply in confidence →Seeking a resource attorney to support a national M&A practice group at a leading U.S. law firm. This is a non-billing role focused on enabling deal teams through precedent management, form drafting, transaction database upkeep, legal updates, and training materials.
The attorney will coordinate with knowledge management, legal education and marketing teams to curate templates and create content for internal trainings, pitches and firm publications. The role involves responding to attorney requests for precedents, participating in practice-innovation projects, and helping ensure firm resources reflect current legal and regulatory developments.
- Licensed U.S. attorney with at least 4 years of experience in M&A/corporate transactional practice
- Familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working collaboratively with knowledge management, marketing and practice teams in a non-billing resource role
