A leading global law firm seeks an M&A Resource Attorney to join its New York office. This is a non-client-facing, non-billing role focused on supporting the firm's M&A practice group by enhancing the efficiency and knowledge resources available to practicing attorneys.

The role involves managing the firm's transaction database, drafting and maintaining forms and precedents, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, coordinating legal education for associates, and collaborating with the marketing team on business development content. You will also field day-to-day requests for precedents and templates and may contribute to knowledge management and practice innovation projects.

The position offers a collegial, collaborative environment as the second Resource Attorney supporting the M&A group, working closely with a senior Resource Attorney and other stakeholders.

Licensed attorney with at least 4 years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
Familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties, and market trends
Strong drafting and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders
Flexibility to adapt to evolving resource initiatives and support new projects
