Apply in confidence →Experienced corporate attorney role supporting an M&A practice group as a non-billing resource attorney. The position focuses on maintaining and improving group know-how, drafting and curating precedents and templates, and supporting legal education, marketing and deal-documentation initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a transaction database, drafting and revising form documents, monitoring legal and regulatory developments for practice updates, assisting with internal attorney requests, and contributing to knowledge‑management and practice‑innovation projects.
- Licensed US attorney with at least 4 years of experience in M&A/corporate transactional practice
- Familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with precedents, templates, knowledge or transaction database management, and internal training or KM initiatives
- Collaborative team player comfortable supporting practice‑level projects and evolving initiatives
