Seeking a resource attorney to support an established M&A practice within a large, multi-office US firm. This non-billing role focuses on enabling practicing attorneys by managing precedents, maintaining transactional know-how, and curating the group s forms and practice resources.

Key responsibilities include updating and auditing a transaction database, drafting and revising template documents and precedents, tracking legal and regulatory developments and producing concise updates, and supporting internal training and marketing initiatives for the M&A group.

The role works closely with knowledge management, legal education and marketing teams and with M&A practitioners to respond to precedent requests and to lead practice innovation and resource projects.

Licensed attorney with at least 4 years PQE in US M&A / corporate transactional practice
Practical knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
Strong drafting, attention to detail and document-management skills
Organizational ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams and adapt to evolving initiatives
