Apply in confidence →Join a national M&A practice as a non-billing resource attorney supporting deal teams and practice-group initiatives. This role focuses on improving efficiency and knowledge sharing across the M&A group rather than direct client billing.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and auditing the transaction database, drafting and curating forms and precedents, monitoring legal and regulatory developments and producing concise updates, and partnering with legal education and marketing teams on training and business-development content.
The role also fields day-to-day requests from deal teams, participates in knowledge-management and practice-innovation projects, and supports internal process and quality-control efforts.
- Licensed US attorney with a minimum of 4 years' experience in M&A/corporate transactional practice
- Practical experience with public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
- Strong drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail for form documents and precedent maintenance
- Proven organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate with stakeholders
- Comfortable working on cross-functional initiatives with KM, legal education and marketing teams
- Collaborative, flexible team player who can adapt to evolving resource priorities
