Experienced M&A lawyer role embedded in a large, multi-office corporate practice. This non-billing resource position supports deal teams by maintaining transaction know‑how, drafting and curating precedents, and keeping practice resources current with legal and regulatory developments.

Key responsibilities include managing the transaction database, drafting and updating template documents and precedents, producing legal updates and training materials, supporting marketing/business development content, and fielding precedent requests from attorneys. The role will also participate in knowledge‑management and practice innovation initiatives.

Licensed U.S. attorney with a minimum of 4 years' post‑qualification experience in M&A/corporate transactional practice
Practical exposure to public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
Strong drafting, editing and attention to detail for form documents and precedent maintenance
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder requests
Collaborative team player with flexibility to support evolving resource and knowledge‑management initiatives
