A leading global law firm is seeking an M&A Resource Attorney to support its corporate practice group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on enabling practicing attorneys to work more efficiently and effectively through knowledge management, precedent development and practice innovation.

The position involves managing and maintaining a transaction database, drafting and curating template documents, forms and precedents, and monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to M&A. The attorney will also coordinate with internal teams on associate training content, support marketing and business development efforts — including thought-leadership content and pitch materials — and field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents and resources.

This is a collaborative role, working alongside a senior Resource Attorney and various stakeholders on multiple ongoing projects, with opportunities to contribute to new knowledge management and practice innovation initiatives.

Licensed attorney with at least 4 years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
Working knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties and market trends
Strong drafting and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and coordinate across stakeholders
Flexible, collaborative team player comfortable supporting evolving initiatives
