Mergers and Acquisitions Associate, Atlanta

Mid-level associate opportunity to join a nationally recognized corporate/M&A team in Atlanta. The role focuses on complex M&A and private equity transactions, working on deal documentation, due diligence, and transaction management.

Successful candidates will work closely with deal teams and external advisors, take ownership of matters, and provide clear, actionable advice to clients. The group offers a collaborative environment and exposure to a broad range of corporate finance and transactional matters.

• 4-6 years post-qualification M&A/corporate transactional experience
• Demonstrated experience on complex M&A matters, ideally including private equity and private-target transactions
• Strong drafting skills (equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documents) and experience conducting and summarizing due diligence
• Excellent written and oral communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
