Mid-Level Associate - Alternative Investments & Derivatives

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a leading finance and banking practice, focusing on alternative investments and derivatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex fixed income derivatives and structured credit transactions for a diverse client base.

The position involves extensive work with ISDA and MRA/GMRA documentation, structured credit and security agreements, and related regulatory matters in a transactional context. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.

This role can be based in either the New York or Washington, DC office, providing flexibility to work from a preferred location.

• Mid-level associate with experience in fixed income derivatives and related structured credit transactions
• Extensive experience with ISDA and MRA/GMRA documentation
• Significant exposure to structured credit and security agreements
• Knowledge of related regulatory matters as applied in a transactional context
