An elite global firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Washington, DC antitrust and competition practice. The role involves a broad mix of domestic and cross-border antitrust and competition matters, with responsibility spanning both litigation and merger clearance work.

Day-to-day matters include government and second-request investigations, merger clearance, and competition counseling. Candidates will support both the litigation and transactional clearance sides of the practice, advising clients across a range of industries.

The position welcomes applicants with at least three years of relevant experience gained through law firm, government, or clerkship roles. Candidates with trial experience and/or a background in economics are particularly encouraged to apply.

At least 3 years of relevant antitrust and competition experience (law firm, government, or clerkship)
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership
Experience with litigation and/or merger clearance; second-request investigations preferred
Trial experience and/or an economics background preferred
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
