We are seeking a mid-level banking & finance lawyer to join a leading Luxembourg practice. The role offers regular involvement in cross-border financing matters, including syndicated lending and debt restructuring, within a diverse international team.

The successful candidate will work on a range of banking and finance matters, participate in business development activities and benefit from structured legal and professional training to support career progression.

This is a hands-on role for a motivated, client-focused lawyer who enjoys working collaboratively on complex transactions in a multilingual environment.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in international law firms or relevant in-house roles
Qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or registered as an EU foreign lawyer on the Luxembourg bar List IV
Fluent English (written and spoken); French and/or German an advantage
Strong analytical skills, practical commercial judgment and excellent communication
Organised, able to manage multiple matters and comfortable contributing to business development
