Mid-Level Associate, Complex Commercial Litigation — New York

Top-tier New York litigation team is hiring a mid-level associate to handle complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. The role involves ownership of litigation matters through all phases, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, expert development, depositions and trial preparation.

• Minimum 4 years litigation experience (big‑law or comparable), or equivalent federal clerkship experience
• Admitted to the New York State Bar
• Proven experience managing complex discovery in large matters
• Comfort taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing dispositive and pretrial motions
• Strong legal research, drafting, organization and oral advocacy skills; excellent academic record
