Mid-Level Associate — Complex Commercial Litigation (New York)

An established law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its complex commercial litigation group in its New York office. This is a broad-based litigation role handling high-stakes commercial matters through every phase of the dispute lifecycle.

The successful candidate will coordinate matters in New York State and Federal courts, covering pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. The position emphasizes managing all aspects of discovery in large, complex cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions.

• At least four years of broad-based general litigation experience at a top-tier law firm, or comparable experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk
• Experience coordinating litigation in New York State and Federal courts through all phases, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial
• Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and case management skills
• Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational and verbal skills
• Admission to the New York State Bar
