Join a leading international law firm’s Luxembourg regulatory team focused on advising Luxembourg-authorised fund managers (AIFMs and UCITS-related managers) on authorisations, ongoing compliance and implementation of regulatory requirements.

The role sits within a pan‑European regulatory group integrated with fund formation and corporate teams, offering a mix of regulatory advisory and practical implementation work across transactional and operational matters. You will support client onboarding, draft policies and procedures, assist with authorisations and provide ad‑hoc regulatory support.

Law or business degree.
3–5 years' relevant experience advising investment fund managers or in a regulatory practice at a law firm, Big Four or regulatory consultancy.
Practical knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework for IFMs, including experience with authorisations and drafting policies/procedures.
Fluent English and French; additional languages (e.g. German, Luxembourgish) advantageous.
Good IT skills (PowerPoint and familiarity with common legal/AI tools); organised, client‑focused and able to manage multiple matters.
