Mid-Level Associate, IP & Technology Transactions — Palo Alto

Growing IP & Technology Transactions team in Palo Alto seeks a mid-level associate (class of 2020–2022) with transactional experience advising on technology-related matters. The role involves collaborating across offices and practice areas on complex deals and commercial agreements.

The team offers a structured mentor program for lateral hires, a hybrid work model with designated in-office days, and firm-wide professional development and pro bono opportunities. The starting base salary for this California role is expected to be between $310,000 and $390,000, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.

• Qualified as a member of the California Bar preferred.
• Class of 2020–2022 (mid-level associate) with solid law firm experience in IP & technology transactions.
• Experience on M&A-related IP work or technology components of transactions preferred.
• Strong academic record; able to work collaboratively across teams and offices.
