Top-tier Los Angeles corporate team seeks a mid-level associate to join its private equity and M&A practice. The role focuses on buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments for financial sponsors and strategic clients.

Successful candidates will act as lead associate on deals, manage diligence processes, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and supervise junior associates and specialist advisors. Admission to the California Bar is required.

4–6 years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience at a leading law firm
Experience representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side deals, growth equity and minority investments
Proven track record as lead associate on transactions, including drafting deal documentation and managing diligence
Experience supervising junior associates and coordinating specialist teams (e.g., tax, finance, benefits)
Admission to the California Bar
