Mid-Level Technology Companies Associate — Los Angeles

An Am Law 50 firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies group in Los Angeles. This is a hands-on transactional role for a candidate who is comfortable running substantial components of deals independently while also working collaboratively within teams.

The practice represents technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including early and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings. The firm fosters a collaborative, collegial and entrepreneurial atmosphere in which lawyers across practice areas and offices work together.

• Mid-level associate with general experience working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently.
• Specific experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, M&A, and private and public offerings.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet.
