Mid-Level Banking Associate — Finance & Banking

Top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Finance & Banking practice across multiple offices. The role focuses on bank lending and commercial finance transactions and offers substantial exposure to cross-border and domestic deals.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on drafting and negotiating credit agreements, supporting syndications and refinancings, conducting diligence, and managing client communications. The role suits a transactional lawyer who wants broad, hands-on finance experience in a collaborative, international team.

• Mid-level transactional experience in banking, lending or related finance work
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation and conducting finance due diligence
• Strong drafting, commercial judgement and client-facing skills
• Qualified or eligible to practise in a relevant jurisdiction; fluent English
