We are seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join a dynamic commercial contracts and technology transactions practice. This role involves drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including manufacturing and supply, distribution, master services, development and collaboration, reseller, and licensing agreements.

The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, with experience using general AI tools and a willingness to learn and leverage legal AI technologies. You will work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.

This position is open to candidates based in Raleigh (preferred), Charlotte, Dallas, New York, or Pittsburgh. Candidates must be self-starters who can work independently and as part of a team, possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. 3–6 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Experience with manufacturing and supply, distribution, master services, development and collaboration, reseller, and licensing agreements
Technologically savvy with experience using AI tools and willingness to learn legal AI technologies
Strong academic credentials
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
