Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate – Miami

Seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join a busy Miami litigation team handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts. The role involves managing written and document discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, attending status conferences, and arguing motions.

Preferred candidates will have 4-5 years of business litigation experience, trial-preparation exposure, and strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Spanish/English fluency (written and verbal) is strongly preferred. • JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active/eligible Florida Bar admission (timely admission required)
• 4-5 years of commercial/business litigation experience in state and federal courts
• Proven legal writing, motion practice, and deposition experience; trial-preparation exposure preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional work ethic, and comfort interacting directly with partners and clients; Spanish/English fluency strongly preferred
