Mid-Level Corporate Associate — Luxembourg

A mid-level corporate lawyer role within a major international full-service law and tax practice in Luxembourg. The position sits in a busy corporate/M&A team advising cross-border and domestic clients and working closely with other offices across the firm's network.

The role offers immediate responsibility on transactional matters, opportunities for secondments internally or with clients, and structured coaching and professional development within a collaborative, multilingual team.

• 2–5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to the Luxembourg market and international law firm environment
• Qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar
• Fluent written and spoken English and French (additional languages advantageous)
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple matters
• Team player with good communication skills and a proactive, autonomous working style
