Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate for its San Francisco office to handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, securities compliance, commercial contracts, entity formations, financings and ownership transitions.

The associate will work closely with senior attorneys and clients, take significant responsibility on transactions, and help manage deal teams and project workflows. This is an opportunity to develop a book of business while practicing in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) required; admitted to practice in California.
4–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a large or sophisticated law firm.
Practical experience with M&A, corporate governance, securities compliance, entity formations and commercial contracts.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and written communication skills; experience managing portions of transactions and supervising other associates.
