Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate

Leading US-based corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate with strong M&A experience to join its technology and life-sciences focused team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, including Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York and Boston.

Ideal candidates will have experience on middle-market and strategic acquisitions, excellent drafting and communication skills, and comfort working with growth-stage and public company clients in the tech and life sciences sectors. The position operates on a hybrid schedule.

• 3–5 years of transactional M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm
• Active bar admission in the state of the office to which you apply, or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam
• Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Experience with or interest in technology and/or life sciences clients
