Finance & Banking Mid-Level Associate — New York

A leading New York finance practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Finance & Banking group. The role focuses on general finance work, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documentation.

• Mid-level associate with general finance experience (class of 2021–2022 or equivalent).
• Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents.
• UCC experience and a general corporate background.
• High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
