Mid-Level Finance Associate — New York

Growing finance team in New York seeks a mid-level associate with broad lending and bank finance experience. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements, security/guaranty documents and related transactional work.

The team offers formal mentoring for lateral joiners, structured professional development, an active pro bono program and a hybrid work model with regular in-office days. The position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus; a salary range was indicated for this New York role.

• Class of 2021–2022 or equivalent mid-level associate experience in bank/loan finance
• Practical experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, security agreements and UCC filings
• Strong academic record and prior law firm transactional experience
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain) and excellent drafting/negotiation skills
