Mid-Level Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (New York)

A leading global law firm is seeking experienced mid-level associates to join its Mergers & Acquisitions practice in New York. The team advises on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and matters involving private equity funds and financial institutions.

The role offers substantial responsibility, including leading diligence efforts, drafting ancillary and primary deal documents, and interfacing directly with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of M&A experience and excellent academic and professional credentials.

• Experience leading diligence and drafting ancillary agreements
• Familiarity with all aspects of transactions, including drafting primary deal documents and client interaction
• Admitted to the New York Bar
