Mid-Level Tax Associate — Renewable Energy & Project Finance (Los Angeles)

An established law firm is seeking a mid-level tax associate to join its global project, energy and infrastructure finance practice in Los Angeles. The role centers on renewable energy transactions involving tax-equity financings and partnership investments in renewable energy assets.

The associate will advise on the structuring and analysis of investments in partnerships that own wind, solar and other renewable energy assets, working at the intersection of tax and project finance.
