Mid/Senior Associate, Private Investment Funds — Boston

Seeking a mid/senior associate to join a busy Private Investment Funds group in Boston. The role focuses on fund formation and fund-related transactions for venture capital and private equity clients, including structuring, formation, financings and acquisitions.

The team handles domestic and cross-border matters; candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively on teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently. The position requires excellent drafting and communication skills and strong academic credentials.

• 4-6 years' PQE in fund formation, venture capital and/or private equity work
• Experience representing domestic and international funds on structuring, formation and operation
• Proven ability to work in teams and to manage substantial components of transactions independently
• Outstanding academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
