Seeking a midlevel transactional associate to join a US energy and infrastructure practice. The role will work on sophisticated transactions across project finance, project development, energy M&A, infrastructure deals, data center transactions, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, and commercial/project agreements.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices, including Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Houston. Candidates with 3–5 years of strong transactional experience and a demonstrated interest in energy or infrastructure work are encouraged to apply.

3–5 years of transactional experience (M&A, project finance, project development, joint ventures, commercial contracting, private equity, or similar)
Experience or demonstrable interest in energy and infrastructure matters preferred (project finance, development, data centers, or related)
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills on complex transactions
Ability to work collaboratively on multi-office, cross-disciplinary matters
