Seeking a mid‑level associate to join a US leveraged finance team within a global finance practice. The role offers hands‑on work across a broad range of lending transactions, including acquisition finance, asset‑based lending, syndicated revolvers/term loans, private credit and note placements.

You will work on matters for both borrowers and lenders and collaborate across offices on cross‑border and domestic financings. The team prefers candidates based in New York or Washington, D.C., but will also consider applicants with relevant experience for several other U.S. offices.

Minimum 3 years of directly relevant leveraged finance or banking transactional experience
Experience with bank financing transactions and related UCC/security interest matters
J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership (or eligible to be licensed)
Strong drafting and negotiating skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively across offices
