High-quality opportunity for an experienced midlevel associate to join a national corporate/M&A team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and focuses on buy- and sell-side transactions, private equity matters, and general corporate work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading deal documents, managing due diligence, coordinating closings, and advising on entity- and commercial-level issues. You will receive active mentoring and increasing client responsibility while working as part of collaborative deal teams.

3–5 years of corporate/M&A experience (private equity experience preferred)
Proven transactional skills: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, LOIs, and related documents
Experience with partnership, joint venture, and LLC operating agreements
Hands-on due diligence experience and transaction management
Familiarity with representation & warranty insurance underwriting and issues
Strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and on teams
