Top-tier technology transactions role within an intellectual property and data protection practice in Seattle. The team advises on commercial contracts and product commercialization for clients across technology sectors and offers active mentoring and clear paths to increased responsibility.

Work will focus on drafting and negotiating agreements involving software, hardware, services and related IP (including SaaS, licensing, development, manufacturing, resale and supply-chain arrangements). Experience with data protection, privacy and security regulatory issues is a plus.

1–4 years of transactional experience with IP and technology-related commercial contracts
Direct drafting and negotiation experience (licensing, development, SaaS, manufacturing, resale, customer agreements)
Familiarity with data protection/privacy and regulatory compliance preferred
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated interest in technology/IP (relevant work, STEM background, coursework, or law journal experience)
