Mining Associate — Corporate

A corporate practice group is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate with experience in mining infrastructure to join its team across multiple U.S. offices.

The role offers significant involvement in a broad range of transactions, including financing and debt finance, offtakes, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and renewable energy matters. The successful candidate will work closely with clients on complex, cross-border and domestic deals in the mining and energy sectors.

Candidates may be based in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C.

• Mid- to senior-level associate with mining infrastructure experience
• Significant involvement in financing transactions, debt finance, offtakes, M&A, joint ventures, and renewable energy transactions
• Stellar academic credentials
• Comparable law firm or in-house experience preferred
