Mid-to-senior associate opportunity in a US banking & finance team focused on mortgage finance and structured finance/sourcing transactions. The role centres on securitizations, warehouse financing and related structured financings involving mortgage and other consumer assets.

Successful candidates will join a national practice with collaborative US offices and may be placed in any of Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Washington, D.C. The role is eligible for the firm's annual bonus program and standard benefits.

We are seeking lawyers who can handle sophisticated structured financings, work on cross-office transactions and develop client relationships within the mortgage/asset-backed space.

Minimum 3 years' experience in securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
Demonstrable transactional experience on asset-backed securities, SPV financing or similar matters
Strong drafting, analytical and teamwork skills; ability to handle multiple matters across offices
