Apply in confidence →US Banking & Finance practice seeking mid‑level to senior associates (3+ years) to support securitization, warehouse financing and other structured finance transactions. Strong residential mortgage or other consumer‑asset experience is highly preferred.

- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in securitization/structured finance or related banking transactions
- Practical experience with warehouse financing and ABS or mortgage‑backed securitizations
- Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
- Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice in the U.S., or eligibility to obtain admission
