Available for placement across multiple U.S. offices: Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Washington, D.C. This role sits in a national Banking & Finance group supporting securitizations, warehouse financing and other structured finance matters.

The team seeks mid‑to‑senior associates (3+ years' experience) with transactional experience in asset‑backed securities, warehouse facilities and related structured financings. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred.

3+ years' US transactional experience in securitization, asset‑backed or structured finance matters
Demonstrable experience with warehouse financing and ABS transactions
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal management skills on complex financings
Active U.S. law license (or ability to obtain) and excellent academic credentials
