Mortgage Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Mid-level to senior associate role in a national mortgage finance group. The team handles securitizations, warehouse financing and related structured finance transactions for commercial and residential mortgage loans.

Appointments are available across multiple U.S. offices (including Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Northern California and Washington, D.C.). • 3+ years of relevant law firm experience in securitization, warehouse financing or structured mortgage finance
• Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiating skills; ability to manage deal execution
• Juris Doctor and admission to practice in good standing; excellent academic and communication skills
