Mortgage Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Mid-level to senior associate role in a US banking and finance team focused on securitization, warehouse financing and related structured finance transactions. Candidates will work on transactions involving residential mortgage loans and other consumer assets (strongly preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
• Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
• Demonstrated transactional experience representing banks, funds or other financial institutions
• Active admission to practice law in the U.S. (or ability to obtain promptly)
