Senior role leading and growing a motor claims practice across multiple UK offices. You will manage a personal caseload, contribute to national strategy as part of the Motor leadership team, and work collaboratively across disciplines to improve service and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include handling complex motor claims litigation, mentoring and developing staff, delivering training and thought leadership, and helping to shape business development and operational priorities.

Proven track record in motor claims litigation.
Existing caseload/portable work encouraged.
Strong leadership and people‑management skills; experience influencing at senior level.
