An elite international law firm is seeking a newly qualified associate to join its highly regarded Corporate Restructuring group in London. The team is known for advising companies, boards of directors, sponsors, creditors and creditor groups, acquirers and other stakeholders across the full spectrum of in- and out-of-court restructuring transactions, with a focus on large, complex cross-border matters and insolvency-related disputes.

The group also advises a stable of repeat clients on special situations and structured private capital transactions, and regularly collaborates with U.S. restructuring colleagues as well as leading M&A, Private Equity, Dispute Resolution, Debt Finance and Capital Markets teams.

The approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented — brokering compromise rather than confrontation, with the overarching objective of preserving value. The role offers a high degree of responsibility and exposure to sophisticated, market-leading work.

Newly qualified in the London market, or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction (those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits).
Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
Demonstrated initiative and the willingness and skillset to take on a high degree of responsibility.
High level of academic achievement.
