Of Counsel – Corporate M&A/Private Equity – New York

We are seeking a senior corporate attorney to advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and other similar transactions, along with general corporate matters.

The role involves significant direct client contact and offers a high degree of independence and autonomy, with the opportunity to manage matters and build client relationships. Candidates should bring a driven, business-development-oriented mindset and comfort taking on substantial responsibility.

• Senior attorney (class years 2015+ or already Of Counsel level)
• Significant experience handling M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms
