Of Counsel, Litigation — San Diego

Senior litigation counsel role in a well-established national firm seeking an experienced trial and appellate lawyer to join the San Diego office. The position involves handling complex commercial and civil disputes in state and federal courts and counseling clients through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities include managing litigation matters, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, briefing appeals as needed, and supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and staff. The role combines case ownership with collaboration across practice teams.

• Admission to the California bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Proven experience in commercial/civil litigation, including motion practice and courtroom exposure
• Strong legal writing, advocacy and project-management skills
• Experience supervising junior attorneys and working collaboratively on multi-lawyer matters
