Partner — Agriculture (Chicago)

Senior partner role to lead and grow an established agriculture practice from the firm’s Chicago office. The role focuses on regulatory, transactional and industry counsel for agribusiness clients, with a particular emphasis on cannabis-related matters within the agriculture sector.

This is a business-development and practice-leadership position: the successful candidate will manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and work cross-functionally with other industry groups to expand service offerings. The search is open to candidates nationwide; relocation or hybrid arrangements may be considered.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising agribusiness clients on regulatory and transactional matters
• Demonstrated track record in business development and team leadership
• Knowledge of cannabis regulatory landscape and related commercial issues preferred
