Lead and grow a market-facing agriculture and regulatory practice from the Austin office. The role combines client development, team leadership, and delivery of regulatory, compliance and industry-focused transactional and advisory work.

Experience advising agricultural businesses and related industries (including cannabis-related clients) on regulatory compliance, licensing and risk management is central. The position will work across industry groups to develop integrated solutions for clients.

Open to candidates nationwide; the team is particularly interested in senior hires who can bring established client relationships and revenue-generating capability aligned with the firm's industry groups.

Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level client development record in agriculture, agribusiness or related sectors
Extensive regulatory and compliance experience advising commercial clients, including familiarity with cannabis regulatory frameworks
Ability to lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team and win cross-practice work
